After nearly a month of training provided by the group, the new employees have gained a more comprehensive and clear understanding of the various companies within the group. On August 12th, the 2025 new college graduates' meeting for Taikai Cable was held as scheduled. At the beginning of the meeting, a video clip of the new employees' induction was played on site. The footage vividly recorded every precious moment of the newly recruited college graduates, from their initial curiosity and confusion upon entering the company to their participation in the induction training and gradual familiarization with the environment.

Subsequently, the newly recruited college students took the stage in turn, introducing their basic personal information, reflections since joining the company, as well as their future work expectations and plans. The representative of the 2024 graduating class also shared their growth stories and profound insights from their first year of employment, encouraging their junior colleagues to respect the system and norms in their work, maintain a passion for learning, and bravely face challenges.

At the meeting, the Human Resources Department provided a detailed interpretation of the company's rotation training program for new employees. The program aims to assist new employees in quickly integrating into the environment and smoothly transitioning from campus to the workplace through a combination of "theory + practical experience" gained from various positions.
