Photovoltaic (PV) cable is a specialized cable designed for solar power generation systems. It is used to connect solar modules, inverters, and other equipment for the transmission of electrical energy.
This cable is engineered for long-term use in harsh outdoor environments, including high temperatures and intense ultraviolet (UV) radiation. The conductor is typically made of tinned copper wire, while the insulation and sheath materials commonly include cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) and halogen-free flame-retardant compounds.

I.Product Applications
Photovoltaic (PV) cable is primarily used as the interconnection cable between solar panels in solar power systems.
It is a single-core flexible cable designed for use on the DC side of photovoltaic systems, with a maximum permitted DC voltage of 1.8 kV (conductor to conductor in unearthed systems). The cable is suitable for Class II safety systems and can operate at a maximum ambient temperature of 90°C. Multiple cables can be installed in parallel.
The product offers reliable long service life, excellent thermal stability, chemical stability, and superior UV resistance.
